Introducing Muscle Gainer, the first weight gainer on the store specially created for gaining weight from the proteins.

Have you ever wondered why are so many people that you see training in the gym not getting progressively larger as time goes on? This lack of muscle growth is mostly attributed to their poor protein intake. If you want your time in the gym to count you should increase your protein intake and track it every day.

Muscle Gainer is a powerful protein tracker. At all levels of experience, bodybuilders should consume at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight each day.

The way to successful muscle mass is that you may eat what you like, but you have to take care about level of protein intake each day. Also, if you don't want to gain body fat you should reduce calories from fat to only 20% of your total calories.

Nice but takes way too much time!

This app is nicely made but if it isn't in the database, be prepapred to spend a few hours researching what you ate and manually entering it in. Granted, you can save foods not in the DB but unless you eat exactly the same thing every single day, you will have to add meals not in the app database. And the database is not very big. If I could have my money back, I would take it. Save the $4 and keep a journal, it's the same amount of work. I would have given it one star but it is a very nice looking and app that works well if you don't mind the data entry.

Solid app

This app is great for helping you force down that extra portion of chicken or that last shake when you really don't want to eat another meal. It's simple, easy to use, and becomes second nature to use.
Developers: it'd be nice to have a carb tracker on the overview screen, because after all, carbs are half the battle...

Needs Water Tracking

Many suppliments recommend drinking a lot of water, plus it's a good idea anyway.
Great app! This plus GymBuddy and I have all the information tracking I will need!
